Hypnotherapy is one of the most misunderstood methods of therapy. Often used for entertainment, hypnosis is a very useful tool to overcome unconscious thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Hypnosis is a trance state of mind which we regularly drift into throughout the day.

Throughout our lives we engage in imagination and visualization to decide on the direction we want to take; to consider our options. For example, where we want to go on holiday; considering how we will feel on a beach versus skiing. We actively use our imagination to bring about the effects of a suggestion making the idea, become a reality.

Hypnosis relaxes the mind so suggestions can be made for changes to take place. Overcoming phobias, anxiety or quitting smoking, hypnosis is such a powerful tool and in some cases, one session is all that is needed. Hypnotherapy can give you noticeable results and has the potential to change your life.


The first session entails gathering information to understand what you would like help with. Following the first session, all hypnosis will be specifically created to meet your individual need.

In hypnosis, your unconscious mind becomes very receptive to positive suggestions. Especially when those suggestions are tied to a goal you already know you want to achieve. Hypnosis uses your brain to give reality to the possibility of change.
