Contract and Fees


I work face to face at The Wellbeing Centre, Hankham or online via Zoom and also offer telephone sessions.


All Sessions, cost £40 for each 50 minute session.

Payment needs to be made 24 hours prior to our session.

As I believe counselling should be available to all, if you have a difficult financial situation I can offer you a reduced fee which can be discussed at our first appointment.

Initial contact

I offer a free initial telephone call during which we can talk about the reasons you feel you want to have counselling, answer any questions you may have and I can explain what I can offer. If we decide we would like to work together, we can discuss how you wish to proceed and agree a mutual date and time for sessions to begin.

What happens before the first session?

I will email you my contract for you to read. If there are any questions you can email or call for answers. I then need you to complete the forms and email them back. If you can’t print them off, I accept confirmation of acceptance via email and we can complete the information sheet together in our first session.


Should you be unable to keep your appointment and fail to give 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of £10 will be charged as I will be unable to give the appointment to anyone else in that time.
